There is alot I can say about this company! It's so easy and pleasurable to work with all their staff and even their subcontractors! Very tight ship they run, always on time if not surprise you with even faster speeds... top of the line equipment and above the average on all the minute details everyone else overlooks and takes as an "eh it's fine or it's the minimum to pass for inspection". Always there when you have questions with fast text, call or email returns. Very knowledgeable and can walk you through each step at no inconvenience at all! 100% recommend to anyone!

My husband and I are so thankful we chose Artesian to build our pool. This was a new pool added to an existing house with very little access to the yard. Plus, not the simplest pool design. From start to finish, with all of my design tweaks and a difficult neighbor, they could not have been more gracious or organized.
As is typical with all large projects, not all goes as planned. Those curve balls are where Artesian shines. Sam, our supervisor, was on site or communicated almost everyday to ensure all was being done to plan, on time, and to quality standards (which I must say are quite high w/Artesian). Sam treated every person working on our pool with great respect and the respect they have for Sam is visible in how beautiful our pool is.
I had heard Artesian is the best in the business and I am a believer. There were no surprises, everything works, and even the small punch out list is absolutely complete! Can't thank them enough for making a tough job easy. Thank you Artesian!

We have had a fantastic experience with Artesian Pools from the initial phases of getting an estimate thru completion of our caged pool with adjoining spa and pavers. This experience later transitioned into the outanding customer service they have provided. Rodney our project manager was the best and always ensured everything was completed right and that the schedule was being adhered to. Cory has always been very supportive over the phone and followed up with me when she said she would. Tom, who services our pool, has been very patient with us as new pool owners in the southern climate. He had to go over some of the pool’s operations and control panel a few times as we were between our Florida home and home up north quite frequently and couldn’t seem to remember.
